As the outsourced Director of IT, ENS is responsible for
planning, managing, monitoring, enhancing, maintaining and
servicing of all IT systems, including hardware, networking, VoIP,
telecommunications, and software
infrastructure supporting PayScale employees and the PayScale platform.
ENS operates at a strategic/vision level as well as supporting hands on delivery of core IT functions.
